Poilo AI is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and responsible AI-powered content generation platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using our services. By using Poilo AI, you agree to comply with this policy.

Content Moderation

Mandatory Content Screening

All user-submitted prompts are screened through our content moderation system before being processed by any AI model. This applies to all generation endpoints without exception, including but not limited to:

Text-to-video generation
Image-to-video generation
Text-to-image generation

How Moderation Works

When you submit a prompt, it is first sent to our Content Moderation API for evaluation.
The moderation system evaluates the prompt against our content policies.
If the prompt is approved, it is forwarded to the AI model for generation.
If the prompt is flagged or denied, the request is blocked and you will receive an error message.

Moderation Decisions

Note: Both "flag" and "deny" decisions result in the request being blocked. If you believe a prompt was incorrectly blocked, please contact our support team at support@poiloai.com.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Poilo AI. Attempts to generate such content will be blocked by our moderation system and may result in account suspension or termination.

NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content (Strictly Prohibited)

The generation of the following content is explicitly prohibited:

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind
Sexually explicit content, including pornography, erotica, and erotic art
Nudity, including partial nudity and suggestive or provocative depictions
Sexually suggestive content, including content that implies sexual acts or arousal
Fetish content of any kind
Sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any such content will be reported to law enforcement
Sexualization of minors in any form, including animated, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions

Violence and Harm

Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
Depictions of real-world violence, terrorism, or mass shootings
Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
Animal abuse or cruelty
Torture or extreme physical suffering

Deceptive and Manipulative Content

Deepfakes — AI-generated content that depicts real individuals without their consent
Face-swap and face-manipulation content
Misinformation and disinformation campaigns
Impersonation of real individuals, organizations, or government entities
Fake news or misleading content designed to deceive

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group
Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted content
Content that promotes or glorifies hate groups or extremist ideologies
Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks against individuals

Illegal Activities

Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
Drug manufacturing, trafficking, or use
Weapons manufacturing or illegal arms trade
Fraud, scams, or phishing schemes
Any content that violates applicable law

Intellectual Property Violations

Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or brands
Content that violates the rights of public figures or private individuals

Prohibited Marketing Terms

The following terms are not permitted in any marketing materials, product descriptions, or promotional content associated with Poilo AI:

"No filter"
"Unfiltered"
"NSFW"
"18+"
"No limits"
"Anything goes"
"Without restrictions"
"Bypass AI safety"
"Jailbreak"

Poilo AI is a filtered, moderated platform. Any marketing that suggests otherwise is misleading and violates this policy.

User Responsibilities

Prompt Guidelines

When using Poilo AI, you are responsible for:

Ensuring your prompts comply with this Acceptable Use Policy
Not attempting to bypass our content moderation system
Reporting violations if you encounter prohibited content on our platform
Using the service responsibly and ethically

What Happens If You Violate This Policy

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

First offense: Warning and educational notice
Second offense: Temporary restriction of generation capabilities
Third offense: Account suspension
Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, deepfakes of real people): Immediate permanent account termination and possible law enforcement referral

Enforcement

Automated Enforcement

Our content moderation system automatically screens all prompts before generation. This system operates in real-time and is continuously updated to address new types of prohibited content.

Human Review

Flagged accounts and edge cases may be reviewed by our moderation team. Human moderators have the final authority on content decisions and may take action beyond what the automated system recommends.
